How do I order and pay

You have a few very simple and easy options.

1. Buy Online – via the Grace & Green website, you can set up a personalised account. We will send you a unique discount code for your business – just select the products you would like to purchase . We offer one-time orders or Subscribe & Save options (to receive your products on a monthly or quarterly basis ). Follow the steps through our payment portal and we’ll ship everything to you within 2-3 working days.

2. Email us for special requirements – If you need specific help for large orders or multiple locations, or our membership options don’t fit your needs, send us an email to [email protected] and we will get back to you with a bespoke plan.
3. Pay by invoice – Simply email us when you’d like to place an order and we will raise an invoice. For businesses, we also offer convenient 30 day payment terms after your first order.

Yes, absolutely! If you would rather purchase your products as a one-off, or on an ad hoc basis, that’s no problem. Once you’re set up, just contact your dedicated account manager and they will do the rest.
If you’re placing a one-off order, you can pay using VISA, MasterCard, American Express, bank transfer, or PayPal. If you set up a subscription, you can pay using your bank account details (Direct Debit), VISA or MasterCard. For full details, check out our ‘Ways to pay’ page.

If you purchase a product from the Grace & Green ‘Lifestyle’ section at the same time as setting up a repeat period product order, don’t worry. These lifestyle items will not be included in your repeat order. These items will automatically be processed as a one-off purchase. Remember, you can update your order preferences in your account anytime.
Your first order payment will be processed at the time of placing the order. Your repeat orders will then be billed using the same payment option and shipped 5 days before the date of the month in which you placed your first order. This is to ensure you receive the product at the same time every month or quarterly, depending on the frequency you chose.

Absolutely! We aim to make this as easy as possible for you. So, there are no contracts or restrictions. You’re in complete control of your repeat order. You can manage your orders in your account and choose to pause, edit, or cancel your order at any time.

You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time. To avoid additional charges after cancellation, you must cancel your contract at least 5 working days before your next payment is due. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling, nor will you have to pay any penalty.

Delivery & Returns

We want you to be happy with your Grace & Green products. However, due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind. Returns will only be accepted if the goods are faulty, damaged, have been described incorrectly or if you have received an incorrect order.

Orders placed before 4 pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 4 pm will be dispatched on the next business day. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery. Please note, larger orders or European orders will take approx. 3-5 days and international orders will take approx. 5-10 days.
This will depend on the size and weight of your order. We will provide you with a quote when we receive your order. For orders under 2kg, we ship via Royal Mail.

Period Dignity was created by Grace & Green, an ethical and sustainable period care brand. We offer tampons, pads and liners made from certified organic cotton and bamboo. All our wrappers are made from recycled paper or bioplastic, meaning they are made from plant starches made from corn. Our boxes are FSC certified and recyclable and our inks are made from vegetable dyes.

All Grace & Green products are free from chlorine, synthetics, such as rayon and polypropylene, chemicals, dyes, fragrances, and lubricants. They are also biodegradable.

Our products are sourced from sound ecologically-managed producers and are cruelty-free.
